Jason Bauer began volunteering at the Springfield Dream Center in 2018, initially helped in the kitchen before stepping into a leadership role as the kitchen lead. His dedication and belief in the Dream Center’s mission—"bringing help for today and hope for tomorrow to Springfield and the surrounding areas"—has remained unwavering. Now, as a member of the Development Board, Jason continues to channel his passion into helping the Dream Center grow and better serve the community.
